BIGBANG member Taeyang will make his return as a solo artist next month, having announced the release of his new album titled 'QUINTESSENCE' on April 20th. The album is scheduled to drop on May 18 at 6 p.m., marking Taeyang's first solo release in approximately three years, following his second EP, "Down to Earth," which was released on April 25, 2023. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of BIGBANG, and the group recently performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, one of the largest music festivals in the United States, on the 19th. During their performance, they received an enthusiastic response from fans as they announced their new album and shared plans for the BIGBANG 20th Anniversary World Tour, set to begin in August.
