Competing against AKMU's tracks "Joy, Sadness, Beautiful Heart" and "Paradise of Rumor," TXT's "One More Day" claimed first place with a total score of 5,727 points. This score was comprised of various components: 1,000 points from album sales (10%), 2,000 points from social media engagement (20%), 206 points from viewer pre-voting (5%), 872 points from on-air scores (10%), 500 points from real-time voting (5%), and a substantial 1,149 points from online digital sales (50%).

Following their victory, TXT expressed their gratitude towards their fanbase, MOA, acknowledging that their win marked a 'grand slam' with five awards received so far. They indicated that while their promotions for this song are concluding, they have future plans and encouraged fans to stay eager for what's ahead. The group highlighted the significance of their song "One More Day," which came out following their contract renewal, emphasizing its theme of wishing to remain together, encapsulated by the request for "just one more day."

Their eighth mini album, titled "Seventh Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns," features the five members portraying protagonists reflecting on their emotions and experiences over the seven years since their debut. The title track conveys a poignant longing to preserve a love that is on the verge of ending. Additionally, in the latest U.S. Billboard charts dated April 25, the song and album made their presence known, entering the 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart at No. 159, the 'World Albums' at No. 10, and securing the No. 6 position in 'World Digital Song Sales.'
